London Victoria Groups Ltd (LVG) was established in 2012 in London. Formerly known as London Capital Homes Ltd (LCH), we have undergone a rebranding to reflect our evolving vision, expanded services, and ongoing commitment to excellence in the property industry.

We are proud to be members of the UK government regulatory agency PRS, the Client Money Protection Scheme, Safeagent, and the UKALA association.

Specializing in selling and letting high-end residential projects exclusively in London’s most sought-after locations, LVG continues the legacy of LCH while embracing new opportunities and challenges. Our professional network and extensive experience allow us to provide a full range of services, including property letting, management, and resale.

We take a personalized approach to every property, creating bespoke promotional materials—such as videos and photos—and advertising across multiple channels, including social media, to ensure swift connections between landlords and tenants. Meet The Team

Xiaowen Li Company Director

Xiaowen is a graduate of the University of Oxford, where she developed exceptional analytical and strategic skills. With a solid background in banking, she offers deep expertise in financial markets, investment strategies, and risk assessment—bringing a unique perspective to real estate investments at LVG. As Director, Xiaowen is known for her visionary leadership and ability to anticipate market trends, adapt to shifting client preferences, and drive data-informed decisions. Her financial acumen and passion for property are central to LVG’s continued success in the luxury lettings sector.

Dedicated to delivering outstanding service, Xiaowen consistently sets new benchmarks for excellence in London’s real estate market. Under her leadership, LVG offers clients the highest standards of luxury living and bespoke service. We are proud to have Xiaowen at the helm, guiding LVG’s ongoing growth and innovation.

Wesley Li Head of Sales

Joining LVG in 2021, Wesley has grown with the business and brings a deep understanding of the firm’s culture and day-to-day operations. He leads sales across lettings and resales with a focus on pricing strategy, channel partnerships and precise, fast execution. Known for clear advice, rigorous analysis and calm negotiation, Wesley has built a strong track record across both sectors, earning the trust of landlords, buyers and investors.

As Head of Sales, Wesley sets clear standards and coaches teams to outperform—translating market insight into tailored, concierge-level service and matching the right people to the right homes efficiently. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, he works seamlessly with international clients and developers, bridging Asia–UK demand. He remains hands-on across the detail—from valuation and marketing to compliance and completion—keeping clients a step ahead of the market.

Ali

Ali studied Business at college before beginning his career in the property industry. With five years of experience in lettings and sales, he has gained experience across London’s property market, with the majority of his career spent working in Canary Wharf and Central London’s prime locations.

Alongside his career in estate agency, Ali has also pursued his own business ventures, including owning a coffee shop, giving him experience in both property and business. He enjoys building good relationships with clients and providing a personal and professional service.

Outside of work, Ali enjoys sports, travelling and city breaks. He is also fluent in Turkish.

Kyra

Kyra has worked in prime London real estate for over two years, with experience across some of the capital’s most sought-after residential markets. She has predominantly specialised in luxury new-build developments across Nine Elms, Battersea Power Station and Prime West London, alongside working with renowned estates including the Bedford Estate and Shaftesbury Capital in Prime Central London.

With a background in Economics and previous experience at the Department for Business and Trade, Kyra brings a considered and commercially informed approach to property. She places particular emphasis on building genuine relationships, taking the time to understand what matters to each client rather than simply focusing on the transaction. For Kyra, lettings is ultimately about helping people make one of their most important everyday decisions, finding the right place to call home.

She takes the same relationship-led approach with landlords, providing honest, informed advice on market conditions, pricing and positioning to help them make confident decisions about their properties.

Outside of work, Kyra enjoys playing padel and golf, travelling and experiencing different cultures.
